I started practicing yoga to control my anxiety related to my job and also move my body on a daily basis. I went to the Teacher Training to deepen my own practice but really enjoyed sharing my passion for yoga and movement with others and decided to become a teacher. My practice is very focused on muscles activation and engagement helping to avoid injuries and strengthening the body. Relaxing breathing exercise and meditation completes the strong practice. The sessions are open level and everyone is welcome to join.
I am an Architect and Urban designer with over 6 years of experience in international practices.
Today I am working as a freelance architect on hospitality and wellness related projects.
I have also had the opportunity to work on several graphic design and illustration projects.
