Yoga in Architecture & the Architecture of the Body
I started practicing yoga to control my anxiety related to my job and also move my body on a daily basis. I went to the Teacher Training to deepen my own practice but really enjoyed sharing my passion for yoga and movement with others and decided to become a teacher.
My practice is very focused on muscles activation and engagement helping to avoid injuries and strengthening the body. Relaxing breathing exercise and meditation completes the strong practice.
I am an Architect and Urban designer with years of experience in international practices.
Today I am working as a freelance architect on hospitality and wellness related projects.
I have also had the opportunity to work on several graphic design and illustration projects.
